Land Stewardship Design with Native Plants

Native Plants Make Sense

Gardening and landscaping with native and non invasive plants is the smart and responsible thing to do.

The Native Plant Design Process

Our work begins with careful consideration of each unique site. We analyze soils, slopes and aspect to align our goals with choosing the most appropriate plant species. We design to create thriving, self sustaining environments. We want this new community of plant and soil habitat to be a balanced mosaic of interconnectedness. With a biodiverse array of beneficial insects, birds and animals present in the environment we can see a reduction in the presence of pest species and an upswing in the number of beneficial species such as critically important pollinators.

During the process of site assessment and design we pay special attention to encouraging and reintroducing medicinal and wild edible plants.

Beauty is the result achieved from marrying the right plants with their natural setting and native environment.
